In my second semester in 2017, I enrolled in Fashion Materials course, which consists of techniques that are used to identify, compare and evaluate fibres either natural or man-made and fabrics that woven, knitted and non-woven. It comprehends the importance of sustainability of fabrics and analyses the industry standards while comparing and contrasting sustainable issues and opportunities in the development and processing of fashion materials.

Above shows a quick video of my booklet about different types of materials and its purpose.

The next assignment was to identify some issues that happen in industries and provide recommendations in order to build a sustainable future. Below are two infographics demonstrating harms done to animals and recommendation in order to avoid them.

I have also created a short video clip that shows animal cruelty. I can assure you that you would also think twice before purchasing something the next time.

For further information, I have attached our presentation slides for further clarifications if needed.
