It has already become one year studying at RMIT Vietnam, though I did not notice time passing by. I enrolled in the Product Ranging course. The course is the introduction to the product development from concept to the final product. Firstly, a thorough understanding of fashion history is required. Secondly, one local brand is supposed to select to develop a range for spring/ Summer 2017. I chose 70's boho style and a local brand, Cashew.

The above sketchbook contains the research I have gathered about our target customer, trend research, fabric swatches, and product development sketches. Consequently, I chose a local brand called Cashew.

The brand Cashew bring into light a mix of fresh and contemporary styles that are suitable for any occasion. The collection consists of vibrant colours with unique detailing. Hence, I chose this brand to develop an S/S 2017 collection inspired by 70's fashion. The collection I have developed are based on loose-fitting, ruffles, I-shape, floral patterns, and contrast piping.
