MARKETING FOR FASHION AND TEXTILES - TAKING A VIETNAMESE BRAND TO SRI LANKA

Besides everything, I was very busy filling papers and collecting documents for, I was planning to transfer for one semester in Melbourne RMIT University for a change. Somehow our Marketing for Fashion and Textiles lecturer gave us a new opportunity to do a marketing plan to take a local Vietnamese brand to Sri Lanka.

The local brand we chose to establish in Sri Lanka was "The Gem Concept". It is a minimalistic fashion brand, that represents an elegant and feminine style that will suit for office and party attire, targetting female customers of age between 18-35.
Below is the report of our proposal to The Gem Concept brand to extend their brand internationally.
